With our Premier Process, we’ll help take some of the stress by arranging and instructing solicitors and surveyors on your behalf whom we know are diligent, efficient and value for money.
If you want to benefit from our Premier Process you’ll taking on much less stress and organisation as we arrange other professions. You don’t have to think “who can I trust”, or “who is good”. You don’t have to ask your Facebook friends to recommend someone (who you could eventually find out is their cousin, but by that time you’ve paid and found out they’re slow…)
Our team have great relationships with professionals, however, we sometimes build stronger relationships with those who get the job done quickly, and efficiently and represent good value and pricing.

Reason 7: Straight forward fees – every penny known upfront
No nonsense fees are one of the many things that set us apart form other agencies.

This is where we can be really disruptive in the market. Traditional estate agent fees are wooly at best. You can pay anything from 1% to 3% of your sale price with a traditional agent, but you won’t know how much that is until you lock in a selling price. This means you could end up spending more than you thought.
Conventional agencies try to hook you in to a percentage because they rely on their own negotiation strategies and bargaining power. They rely on them being better at negotiating than you are, and they hope that you’re going to be nice and polite and not negotiate in return.
